For reference, this is the original statue. I’ll be working on a model in Autodesk Maya in the coming weeks as part of my forthcoming portfolio.

This is what I have after about 1.5hrs. or “day 1″. I thought I had some scripts set up to make it go faster, but I guess I have to pull them up from the depths of my project folder, if I plan to use them at all.

As much as I hate to admit it, I should totally ad a twitter feed to this page. It needs some kind of activity layer to show all the stuff I’m actually involved in, rather than highlighting the stagnant stuff.

RSS feed for the comic now working. I’ll make a link to it somewhere obvious in the new future.
This is way more useful than feeds for this news blog itself…. although i should probably add it back sometime… meh.

I’m pretty excited right now. I finally got the SQL commands working in the gallery to the point where you can pull up the descriptions for each item. CHECK IT OUT, MAN!

Next up – titles for all the Memoirs. …hopefully that amount of data input won’t be TOO bad (eep!).
